Black-Air Conflict

The Black Air Conflict was a period of mass civil unrest in Kota between 428 and 431. It began after IPRO ordered the shutdown of all emerald refineries following a catastrophic vosanite refinery disaster in Qime and called on the Pax Marshals Bureau to enforce it. The emerald kyros refused to comply, and their militias blockaded Pax procurate buildings across Kota and set up checkpoints on the Fox River to prevent Pax troops from entering.
