Tesser

Tesser is the capital and largest city of Stolmont. It is known for having the first two phosgraph towers, one at the northern lighthouse and one on top of the House of Isles.

Lantong Plaza is a major public square in Esser whose western edge overlooks the open ocean. It is named for Admiral Lantong, a former chair of the House of Isles.
